Adam Lambert: The industry can lead you astray

Adam Lambert depends on his family and friends to keep his feet on the ground.

The sexy singer chatted to ITV at the Ray of Sunshine concert in London, where he performed along with JLS, Conor Maynard and Alexandra Burke at the Royal Albert Hall.

When asked what his ray of sunshine was, Adam replied: “My family and my friends. I think the constants in my life who were there before all this happened, those are people that I really depends on to keep my feet on the ground.”

Adam also spoke about the pressures of the music industry: “This is a very exciting career, but it can lead you astray if you’re not planted in reality.”

The lovely Mr Lambert said a few words about his new album, Trespassing.

“I worked really hard on this album for a year and a half,” Adam said. “I’m really excited that people are enjoying it and responding to the music.”
