Review: Trespassing – Adam Lambert

Amber
“For me it is hard to choose just one song to give my opinion on. The whole album is one big hit for me. It has everything from tracks like “Shady” that is so funky and has such attitude that you just can’t help feeling that swag and moving your body, to the heartbreaking “Underneath” which brings tears to my eyes, that Adam shares what is deep in the soul, many can relate to feeling like the outsider, the different one and being judged by others not seeing a human being just like them is underneath the exterior, one with feelings and fears and hopes and dreams just like every single person on this planet, no different at all. The cruelity of the unthinking and fearful. Adam has that voice that can handle everthing, that extraordinary range and the emotion that make the songs come alive, with such poignant feeling or such strutting attitude. It’s so relatable on so many levels. The album does feel personal as Adam said it is. He is open and giving through it all and for me that makes it all the more special and personal for me. I can go on the journey with him.”
