Miley Cyrus is catching up with her brother Trace as far as ink is concerned…
The 19-year-old singer has added another tattoo to her collection – this time it’s a quote from a speech given by former US President Theodore Roosevelt in Paris in 1910.
The ink, on her left forearm, reads: “So that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who knew neither victory nor defeat.”
The tattoo was spotted when Miley was papped out in Los Angeles yesterday.
