David Walliams to be a dad

David Walliams and his wife are expecting a baby.

The comedian released a statement telling fans the great news, that his wife Lara Stone, 28, is pregnant.

“We’re both absolutely thrilled but ask you to please respect our privacy during this precious time,” the couple said.

The 41-year-old also tweeted the good news.

“Some wonderful news,” he said. “My beautiful wife Lara is pregnant. We are having a baby! It is due next year and we both couldn’t be happier. Dx.”
