The Xtra Factor host, and former contestant, spoke to stv.tv about his new gig on the show and who he thinks will win.
“Loving Xtra Factor,” he smirked. “You know, it was a big decision to do it and I was umming and ahhhing about it for a few days, but when we did take the opportunity it’s been brilliant.
“It really has been fantastic. It’s great to be back on the show. I love The X Factor, as people know. I’ve always spoke highly of the show since I left it. A lot of people don’t, but for me it’s changed my life incredibly so I love going back, I love being involved in it and me and Caroline [Flack] have forged a great relationship and it’s worked really well.”
“Top tip? I keep sticking my neck out and saying I think a groups going to win this year.
“For some reason I’ve had it in my head it was a girl for ages, then I went to Judges’ Houses and there was one particular group I fell in love with.”
