For instance Lady Gaga has decided to donate all the money raised from tickets and merchandise sold at her show in New York City on Sunday to the Appeal. At Wednesday’s concert at the same venue (Radio City Music Hall) during a song Lady GaGa stopped mid-song and made a pledge to her fans;
“There’s a lot of people in the world right now who need our help. Sing this so God can hear us. Sing this for the people of Haiti!” She is also selling Haiti relief t-shirts on her official merchandise website, which according to the site, 100 percent of the proceeds will go to the cause.
