What is that weird mark on Britney Spears’ wrist?

Almost a full 2 weeks since her last public outing where she displayed a full range of bizarre emotional expressions to waiting photographers, Britney Spears makes her way to the music studio in Los Angeles, CA July 14, 2010. Though Spears looked like her old self, the pop singer s absence from the public eye after such strange behavior raises suspicions that old internal demons may be haunting her again. She also had a noticeable red mark on her wrist, though it could not be determined whether it was a self-inflicted scratch or something less extreme. Fame Pictures, IncBritney Spears has been papped out and about, with a strange mark on on her wrist.

The 28-year-old was papped heading into a recording studio in Los Angeles, and while her hair wasn’t quite as bad as has been recently, it could have done with a good brushing.

The singer was wearing a stained pink vest, with her bra strap on show.

The photographer of this picture (left) pointed out the strange red mark on Brit’s wrist – this is actually just a tattoo.

Fans will be excited to heard that Brit was on her way to record new music.
