The bidding war is said to have generated 95 bids in total, from pre-qualified buyers, with the highest offer jumping from $40,000 to $60,100 within a matter of minutes.

The prize includes airfare from U.S. locations with Virgin America and VIP car service from Seattle to Vancouver.

All proceeds will go towards U.S. charity Stand Up To Cancer.
