Miley Cyrus has been papped looking rather girly in LA.

When Miley is usually spotted out and about her typical outfits are often made up of short-shorts and t-shirts, so it was nice to see her in a pretty dress.

The 17-year-old teamed the dress with a pair of black platform shoes and a cute up do as she strolled around Los Angeles.

Miley recently returned home from vacation with boyfriend Liam Hemsworth – they are thought to have visited Miley’s home in Tennessee.
