Zac Efron is big headed

Zac Efron thinks that he has a big head – literally.

The High School Musical actor can’t but look at his supposed imperfections when he sees himself on screen.

“What do I think when I watch myself on screen? ‘My head is huge!’ I pick out every single flaw or thing I should have done better,” he said.

“I cringe at first, but years down the road I’ll be able to look back and appreciate what I’ve done – sometimes.”

Zac recently spoke about feeling “awkward” next to his “stunning” girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens.

“Dating Vanessa makes many things much easier, because you understand each other without having to explain a lot,” he said.

“In terms of planning, I am very picky – worse than any woman. I drive everyone mad, except for Vanessa, she is always very understanding.”

“The only disadvantage is that she is always dressed so stunningly that I look awkward and stand out.”
