Demi Lovato thanks her fans

Demi Lovato has posted a message to her fans, thanking them for her award.

Demi checked herself into rehab back in November for emotional and physical issues, but it clearly hasn’t harmed her career because she picked up the People’s Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Hottest Teen Stars of 2010.

“I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People’s Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Hottest Teen Stars of 2010,” she wrote on her Facebook page.

“I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me through it all.”

Demi won two People’s Choice Awards, for favorite TV guest star for her role on Grey’s Anatomy, and for favorite family TV movie for her Disney flick Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam.

There is still no word on when Demi will leave rehab.
