The 17-year-old singer was full of praise for the actor, hailing him as the most influential person in the world right now.

“Charlie Sheen is the most influential person around right now,” J-Biebs said.

“He’s got a million followers in one day on Twitter. And I’ve never seen that happen before. Plus, he’s got tiger blood, and he’s always winning.”
