The Backstreet Boy told HollywoodLife.com how J-Biebs can enjoy a long and successful career – just like him.

“Don’t listen to the record companies, don’t listen to anything else or whatever the media says, good bad or different, stay true to yourself, stay true to your music and listen to your fans!” A.J. told the site at CARRERA presents Perez Hilton’s One Night In Los Angeles at the Wiltern Theater on 27th Aug.

Great advice – Justin seems to be on the right track though.
