Lindsay Lohan NOT back in jail

Even though she broke the rules of her probation by taking cocaine, it seems as though Lindsay Lohan won’t be going to jail after all.

Despite the arrest warrant looming over her, they reckon Lindsay will only have to spend a day in jail – at the very most.

“One of two things could happen,” said Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers

“The judge could remand her into custody and set her bail, and she could bail out tomorrow. Or she can come in and just admit the violation and he could sentence her right there, I’m not sure what he’ll do.”

So she could get sentenced?

“But this 30-day sentence would be subject to the realities of jail overcrowding, which means Lindsay would go to jail for booking and probably be released an hour or two later.”

It looks like Lindsay’s lawyers teamed up with Paris Hilton’s lawyers – they seem to have plenty stay-out-of-jail cards.
